1) The service is provided on an hourly or events?

The service photography and video is provided by consecutive hours, the customer can choose one of our packages to suit your event.

2) Where the service provided?

PhotostudioAB provides the services in the Riviera Maya (Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Tulum) and Mexico, USA, Canada, Europe.

3) When can i book the service with PhotostudioAB?

Alessandro Banchelli as his team live and work in Playa del Carmen and they can provide service in all 12 months of the year.

4) How can i book the service?

The Reservation service requires a contract signed and the down payment of 20-30% of the total. The rest of the total you can pay 30 days max after the event.

5) How can i pay the anticipation and the total?

We accept Bank transfer, Paypal credit card and cash.

6) The packages are fixed or can be customized?

PhotostudioAB’s packages are armed to ensure complete coverage of your event. Our proposal are: Digital (HD) or album and prints.

7) Which are the differences between “Folder with all the pictures” and “Edited photos?

“All Photos folder”: you will enjoy every beautiful moment of your wedding, (getting ready, ceremony, foto with parents and friends, photo sesion bride and groom party and more…Jpg files).  Edited photos folder is a chronological story of your wedding in Fine Art colour and Black and White. ( high definition, jpg)

8) How many photographers will attend my wedding?

Depends how many hours you book and how many guests will be present at your event. This is specified in the package det

9) Can i print the photos in a lab in my city?

PhotostudioAB affords the chance at the customers to print the photos where the clients wants and in high definition. For this reason the pictures are royalty free (only personal use) and all images are in high definition (min 4500 pixel long side, 300 dpi jpg). All photos are optimized for the printing to ensure the best colors and details.

10) When do you deliver the photos?

The delivery of the photographs and the video is by the web (for free) or Fedex/Dhl (not included in the package)

11) If I lose or ruin the USBs with photos of my wedding, what can I do?

PhotostudioAB saves in our archive your photos during 6 months, if you lose the Usb you can send us an email and we will  send to you the photos by Web.

12) If I cancel  my wedding I will lose the anticipation?

Yes

13) Can we set up an appointment before the wedding date?

If you require an appointment a few days before the event you can email us to set the time and place.

14) I don’t swim very well can i do the trash the dress?

Yes, we propose you various locations, with no deep water. Very Safe.

For us it is very important the safety of our customers and for that reason we invite you to communicate your concerns about the service before booking the TTD session.

15) If I reschedule my wedding I will lose the anticipation?

No. Max time reschedule 3 years
